Newborn portraits are arguably the most important photos you will ever have, so choosing the right person to capture this time is very important. Just because someone has newborn photography listed on their website does not mean they are skilled in knowing how to safely handle, pose, and soothe your baby.

 

Make sure to choose someone who specializes and is trained in newborn photography and comes highly recommended.  

Not only is the integrity of your baby's photos at stake but the overall success of your session may entirely depend on your photographers ability to calm and soothe and read your baby's cues, just as well as you can.
